COLLAPSE is correct, but the explanation goes, CO (company) +L (end letter of will) + LAPSE (end)

Update and change in Clue # 1 (changed "stir" to "turn"). Also hints are provided.

hint: homophone

3. Pigs cooked and served with mash at the meal. (9)

hint: A+B and anagrams

4. Season well and turn. (10)

hint: A+B

More hints:

1. Accept the order and don’t make waves. (7)

hint1 - homophone; hint2 - think of one word that means "don't make waves."

3. Pigs cooked and served with mash at the meal. (9)

hint1- A+B and anagrams; hint2 - the meal here is pasta

4. Season well and turn. (10)

hint1 - A+B; hint2 - synonyms for "well" and "turn" and do an A+B on them.

SPAGHETTI for # 3 is correct. But the explanation goes -
Cooked means anagram-PIGS,served with = added to, mash is anagram - AT THE.

Thus it is (PIGS) - anag + (AT THE) - anag
