I saw in a Tamil Daily one comment which said that the translator of the Sri Lankan Girl was a malayalee guys (who maynot have xlated correctly) the court proceedings. And one more complaint is that Mallu workers donot let other Asian Nationals to get these jobs and might have acted against the girl in xlating the proceedings. And the girl was just 17 it seems when the incident occured and within few weeks of landing in SA. But the agency in SL forged the paperwork so that she is shown as 21 (legal age to work in SA). Cruel overall..

Another interesting info. It seems any european/western national convicted of any crime will be tried/convicted as per their national law (not SA law). This was an agreement happened when oil was found first and european/western nations insisted this clause.

These South Asian countries should follow the lead of Indonesia and impose a ban on women traveling to the Gulf to work as housemaids. Severe shortage of domestic help will hopefully make the employers realize their value and treat these women better.

They will find women form some other countries. That is one reason even the rich Arab countries dont want an independent Palestine. They want the white skinned, blonde Palenstinians as free servants and sex slaves in lieu of the Euro-whites.

This shows how smart the whites are. They study the other cultures and their method of meting out justice, do critical analysis, do long term thinking and simulate all kinds of scenarios and plan for every possible exigencies.
