isn't the southindian card not working? Try a northindian one then coz telugus ingratiate themselves with the northies.

That is an interesting combo! Have you tried pulihora with quinoa? Boil quinoa and then mix in tamarind pulihora base(fresh made, not store bought).

I tried quinoa upma. It's ok, but that's not something I can eat everyday. Then i bumped into this one at costco http://www.seedsofchangefoods.com/our_foods/product.aspx?c=rth&p=285 . Good, but pretty expensive. So I am making my own brown rice (Himalayan Crown brand from desi store) and quinoa (organic quinoa from costco) mix. I'm mixing 1 cup brown rice with 1 cup quinoa and 4 1/2 cups of water and cooking in the 'brown rice' mode in the rice cooker. Coming out excellent! I'm substituting this for white rice.
Thanks for the quinoa pulihora tip. I'll try it.

I make ragi rotti often - one of my fav food. Goes good with ghee any curry.
Its east to make but there are different variations in making the roti.
Some make mudde first then add chopped onions/chilles/spinach/greens to it and make rotti. This is called abhey rotti.
I make regular rotti with 1 cup ragi/1 spoon maida...onions/green chilles/mint leaves....make it a dough similar to the chapathi dough - then on a paper towel or cheese cloth -spread it like a roti and tilt the towel on tava.
One of these days I am gonna try brown rice. I've heard the basmati brown rice is good.

Pepperoni can be all pork, all beef, some mixture of both, or even turkey for that matter (like turkey bacon substitute for real pig-based bacon).

Pepperoni is the most popular topping at Otto,
said Mr. Drohan, and the restaurant goes through more than 100 pounds a week of
red-wine-colored pepperoni, made from Berkshire pork shoulder and flavored with
fennel pollen (rather than the usual fennel seed), paprika and cayenne.
