By the same lodic you can set 1 child policy for Hindians. I am OPPOSED to it because it is discriminatory birth control policy. Set the same limit to everyone or no limit.

As far Hindians multiplying fast, stop their immigration into occupied lands. Cut off subsidizing them. Problem will solve itself over the long term.
