nothing like corn on the cob boiled in milk or the indian roasted cob slathered with lime and salt. thanks for posting this though -- you have reminded me of an SI-rest-of-the-world synthesis post that i was thinking of making (prompted by an article i read today) but had forgotten. will do now.
