chennai express...my take

If you are a NI that mocks southies but like them in a closeted kinda way and like your Khans, it was a win.
If you are a southie that mocks NIs but like them in a closeted kinda way but hate Khan, it was a 2 out of 10.
If your hormones are in a bubbly froth and deepika stirs deep-seated emotions, it was awesome - "what authentic dick-tion, yaar!!"
If you are the type that sits alone when everyone else is dancing, hate garish colors even if it is a over-the-top spoof and think Khan should be exhumable by now, you really should have gotten tickets for despicable me 2.

why would you voluntarily go watch such a movie? 
also movies like thalaiva or singam 2....

* waiting on wide release of blue jasmine
* watched s1:e1 of breaking bad...has some traction but, how should i put this, being a bit careful on the bingeing over the next two weeks
* i saw the taj mahal fly-by and the ar r track in some planes trailer but other than some distant nostalgic memories of making small babies again, i will give it wave-bye.
