A very small victory. Despite laloo's state govt refusal to register a case on this issue high court ordered a cbi inquiry. Laloo 's defence is that his own govt did not register a case on this issue.

laloo one of the most brazen among corrupt politicos could face some rough weather with this judgement.
It is clear that Congress rushed the ordinance to protect laloo.
Now that ordinance hit turbulence laloo will be in jail for his term or at least few months.

laloo is an example of a politician who manipulated the socalled secular argument to cover up his corrupt govt failures.

In the meantime, Supreme court allows Jayalalitha to have the prosecuting lawyer of her choice. 

Poor Lalu, he should have learned from Jayalalitha on how to get "good" prosecution lawyers and pliant judges.

I don't think it has to do with being suave or not. It has to do with spending money on the right people. There is almost no one, you cannot buy in India including lawyers , judges , politicians and govt. officials. Looks like Jayalalitha  has spent hundreds of crores. Unfortunately , with no easy access to power for the last few years, Lalu might be lacking in resources..

Meera Kumar hasn't yet decided on kicking Laloo out of parliament. She said that she has to read the verdict and digest it (i.e., she is waiting for MT's advice based on sikular needs). Hopefully, Meera will accept the resignations of politicians from AP as well (and not wait for MT's sikular survival tactics).

Interestingly, Jagan is praising Modi today! Looks like he is putting pressure on MT not to put him back in Chanchalguda and is in a hurry to make a deal with CONmen. Jagan is better off to pay attention to what happened to Laloo and how Pappu farted on Laloo at the last minute. I hope people of AP realize that the Jagans and KCRs of this world will eventually be put away.
