Again themed cryptic clues.

1.  Hustled bid for treasure. (5) 
2.  Seniors confused over test for incontinence. (7) 
3.  Require splitting laughter about comic hero  (6) 
4.  Smooth over handle, cut provision. (6)   
5.  Bury assessment of asset. ( 8 )
6.  That is about directional internet domain. (6)
7.  Herr Orferstadt's underwear is a slip. (5)
8.  My! Without a penny. (5) 
9.  Attack a base combined with acid explosions.  (7)
10.  Halcyon, first go over lengthy detail before eating non-veg. (6)

No, I was thinking -

EXTERNALITY --- EXTERN (a person connected to but not a part) + ALITY (laity - anag) = Outside Feature.

Okay, the theme for this set is ECONOMICS (i.e., terms related to Economics). All answers are economic terms. For example, the answer to -

8. My! Without a penny. (5) is -

MONEY --- M(ONE)Y. The word MY is without (opposite of within) the word ONE (for "a" in the clue). penny is money.

Not your best set, Indo.

First letters clue shouldn't have a break in between. I never knew regression stood for incontinence. Didn't care for the Uppili clue.

Okay incontinence may be poor synonym for regression but it is. 
I could have said something instead of dragging in Uppili's good name here. 
I sure did not know that you shouldn't break a first letters clue into an A+B. Can GC, bw, HA, or anyone else post a set next week?
