She won't be any worse than the Adarsh scam CMs. She has as much experience in sikular scams as they have.

If India is claiming that Devyani is answerable to Indian (and not American) law, will they prosecute her for involvement in Adarsh scam? She may, however, prefer the American jail to the Indian. Mayawati will cry foul if the Indian govt. goes after Devyani.
