Kombucha Empty Kombucha

Any of you health freaks tried Kombucha? I just tried it this morning and it tastes like toddy. I read the product label and yeah, it does mention that there is a trace of alcohol in the drink. Nice way to start off the work day!

It is fermented tea. Is there alcohol? Wikipedia says it has been known to cause death.

Yes, but a tiny amount I think. The label says "This product contains a trace amount of alcohol".
