hint1: a reversal coupled with A+B
hint2: use a synonym for thighs ("flanks" mean the same). Prime beef cuts include this word.

Yes, PURLOINS ( # 8 ) is correct. It is -
(R + UP) reversed (around) + LOINS (thighs) = Sneaks
