Secret report on 1962 India-China war posted online, seized by BJP

Seized by BJP, really? How many do you think would hold current government responsible for what transpired 50 years ago? For crying out loud majority of Indians weren't even born when that war happened.

So what?
Being not born for the majority of population 50 years ago can't be used to ignore or overlook the role of then Govt., especially considering that the present politicians and Govt. continue to do the things currently the same old way even using the excuse of tradition. Only earlier this year, Congress party in the Center declared that it is not going to name its prime ministerial candidate in the coming elections because traditionally it was not done in India (declaring the names of prime ministerial candidates in the past). It seems the Govt. and politicians have no interest in changing things and improving the system.

Btw if anyone is not sure as to why naming the prime ministerial candidates by the political parties before general elections in a parliamentary democracy (such as in India) has a special significance, here is more on this ...
