Modi seems to have peaked. Rahul seems to have hit the bottom. But .....

The backup plan for congress is to hope for a weak BJP coalition and wait for it to disintegrate.  However, I was told they were worried about a nuclear blast kind of event that may deepen Modi support by some unusual BJP action.
