....New Delhi: A woman has alleged that she was raped by a doctor and another man in Hauz Khas area of south Delhi, the police said on Sunday. In a complaint filed on Saturday, the woman also alleged that the duo and two others had raped her about three years ago, but she could not gather the courage to approach police then. Based on her complaint, the police have so far arrested one person, Vikas (40) who had allegedly raped the 40-year-old three years ago.

So any woman can walk in and claim rape years ago and the cops will arrest the accused immediately ?
