India's problems are systemic. Did you read the article I posted on the child who was forved to do 300 sit-ups?

It will take a couple of centuries for Indian society to become civilized.

It is fallacious to think that Indians are barbarians while westerners are civilized. Some Indians are barbarians and so are some westerners.
