How is it best? property values went up by 16% while income raise is only 4%.

Median listing $235K ? really ???? there is some major fudging here.

In Pierre, you can buy a 4 BR house with on a 1/2 acre lot for $100K.

Not easy to sell houses there - those above 150K. Not too many people in the market.
