lol... guess this is coming from upma... how there is this upma, that upma... and bread upma, etc. just like that, anything that's going to be of that shape and is gonna be prepared by steaming (?) is gonna be called idli. Rava idli, thayir idli (whatever is it), curd idli (whatever is it), ... and bread idli.

guess idli is fast becoming versatile like egg. can do it in so many ways. Hens don't complain, and nor should people. Very Happy
