Completely absent. After couple of news briefs on her operation, no additional news. If it happened in a communist nation, all kinds of rumors would have been spread. (ex: reports of multiple deaths of Fidel Castro). Sonia and Congress have managed to completely seal of any news of her health status. Rest of Indian media also kept completely silent.

Sonia deserves her privacy but since she chose to be in public life, Indian people need to be informed her health status at regular intervals (0nce a day should be the norm but at least once a week should be minimum).

Shows how inefficient, ineffective, and biased the Indian media is. How can the media from a supposedly "free" country not able to "find" and report details about her illness and status?
