President Obama's favorite vegetable?
Grilled, baked or roasted, it's usually parked on the side of all your restaurant dishes. Dark green in colour with crisp and sturdy florets, broccoli is one of the most nutritious vegetables and also, rather exotic.
President Barack Obama would agree with our analysis. A little while ago, at a state dinner in the White House he rated broccoli as his favourite vegetable. ...............

exotic??? it's a staple at home. like it steamed with a touch of butter and garlic. nice tossed with fettucine and olive oil and cracked black pepper. mom marinates oil with cumin and two types of dry dals and mustard seeds and puts in the steamed broccoli and turmeric and adds black pepper to it and when it has 1.5 mins to go on the stove she adds a podi to it that is rich in sesame and other tings.
broccoli is an excellent source of iron, the turmeric is anti-cancerous, garlic is an inflammatory agent, and the sesame is rich in calcium. everything a girl needs. but I gotta take my iron tablets.
