** i think he has a right to have the embryos come to term and she can be listed as the egg donor.
** as i will likley have to resort to IVF myself as well as surrogacy, i would be heart-broken if i had to lose my embryos cuz someone changed their mind in the middle. of course if something went wrong in the organogenesis i would opt to abort the procedure.
**what do you think is the right thing to do?

>>> If they agreed contractually that this can happen only with the consent of both, he doesn't have legal grounds. From an ethical standpoint, she has a right to feel she doesn't want these children, since they are not in a relationship anymore. His only way out  is if he can convince her to amend the agreement. I don't know what will be in it for her.
