Hummus Empty Hummus

with everything. this week. just saying. I had a particularly amazing pasta (Mediterranean, I suppose) with Hummus. Never thought it would taste this good.

next time pick up something for lunch that sounds better than fertilizer (humus). just saying.

French are the best in this regard in turning the ordinary sounding dishes into exquisite cuisines with nice names. They take a bunch of land snails, cook them and serve them on the food table as a French delicacy "escargot".
