You add ilaichi n ginger together? I've never done that. It's always one or other for me. Will try them together n see how I like the taste.

yeah picked it from my x-bil's x-wife... gives a decent kick, especially when you have figured out the right proportions and it's adequately sweetened.

Interesting. I'll experiment with it.
I think less ilaichi n more ginger in my first attempt.

Is this regular desi tea with milk or red tea?

Black tea. Last year I bought Yorkshire (gold) brand and now I have set up a subscription of it on amazon. Simply love the flavor.

My third cup or beyond is sometimes green or chamomile tea.

heard naked juice have no real nutritional value. mostly a marketing gimmick.

rest looks good. my cheating was veggie straws.

Aioli + Amuse-bouche, followed by Augula and Biegnet. Boudin for snacks, and Brioche for dinner.

BTW, each and every dish I talk about above is real.

Is food so important for some?

I eat to live, not live to eat.

Ya, I am not a fan of those. They are loaded with calories (360 cals/bottle). That's why i drink only 1/2 bottle a day. It's good if you are busy at work and have no time to sit and eat. Take a few sips, and it keeps you full and energized. Hubby gets them home, and i take them sparingly.

Correction: roasted, not fried cashews and peanuts in the above post.

i usually have my dinner 6.30-7.30. I had it early today, hence dinner2.
