More metor and more buses for delhi. Less cars.

I am assuming they have car pooling in Delhi.

Let us hope some one in Govt is sensible enough to send people to study other cities around world such as Los Angeles. ( LA was once a smog filled city for most of the year. So was Pittsburg).
