The original idea is not treat Juvenile crimes such as stealing and social misconduct on an adult scale.  Society never imagined "juveniles" to indulge in killing and raping at this alarming freq.

Adult acts should be treated and punished on an adult level - irrespective of age.

Congress and Sonia are responsible for this shameful act for releasing the rapist - purely for family and political greed.

The type / degree of crime committed is important in the definition of a juvenile. A "man" taking part in a gang rape of a woman can't be considered in the same category of juvenile as might be a consideration for some young boy breaking the window glass of his neighbor's house by tossing a stone in that direction or stealing the fruit from another's tree.

it should be encrypted in law that persons having the prophet's ( in this case it was mohammad afroz ) name should not be sent to jail .

please show me a definition of "juvenile," according to which a person is a juvenile only if he has not raped anyone.

this is a case in which a young, probably uneducated, immature person was led astray by older friends. one has no option but to treat him according to the law. the law takes into account the probability that it will be abused.

everyone should be demanding measures from the delhi government to prevent rape, make it easy to call for police help, and to respond swiftly to such calls.

one does not set the law aside because one does not like the outcome in one case. it would be illegal for the courts to set a law aside.
