...This guy should be running the Delhi administration. Is he trying to prove that he is more qualified than Modi bcz he got a degree from the IIT?

Here is a real challenge: If the IIT can publish the marks Kraziwala received in the JEE exams, the whole country will have a good laugh (it is well established that a majority of JEE selectees get 5 to 10 marks out of 100 in math, physics and chemistry. Of course, they may be better than those who failed the JEE - but still most dont really get pass marks).
