Trump's flipflops expose his completely shallow commitment to any  idea except the idea of getting elected. He is ready to change at a moments notice with silliest of explanations. He is no Hitler. He is more of a snake oil salesman. He ripped open republican hypocritical stance on many issues by going ultra on immigration, race, women, minorities, and countless other groups. Now he is reversing on Ultra by 'softening' his tone. He seems to believe that American voter will fall for his 'what the hell do you have to lose' shout.

If not for Hillary's foundation/email/other skeletons in cupboard, Trump should have been finished by now. We have to endure this for 70 plus more days.
