off the field. the most intelligent (indian) cricketer ever. i am certain he took no help in writing that. after all, he likes to read philosophy in his spare time.

I think my husband has been listening to this while getting ready. I recognize the voice and keep hearing the words nations every once in a while. Either he is replaying some parts or this is a frikking long speech.

it certainly was an honour for Dravid to be so crowned
.Did he go on a bit about Don Bradman ? Yes I think so .
The lines appeared well put together probably he sought help with the talk .
U dont seem to have much confidence in this man .noted
no mention of Sachin Tendulkar in the long drawn out speech

looks like we didn't listen to the same speech. he was mentioned once obliquely and twice in a direct way before the half way mark.

btw, he did mention SRT in his speech, but what about it? the speech was about bradman.
