Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy on Tuesday created ripples on social media when he tweeted, "In my opinion, this lieutenant governor of Delhi Mr Jung is unsuited for this high post. He is another 420 like Kejri. We need a Sangh person in Delhi.” The number 420 in the Indian context refers to a fraudster.
