In Telugu there is a saameta (proverb, idiom, whatever) which roughly translates to, "like saying, hey mian! when is janmaashtami?" to display sarcasm poking fun at wrong line of inquiry. But it looks like this mian can answer that question. Surprised to learn that he was the first one to formally have a resolution passed on complete independence (poorna-swaraj) in 1921, i.e., 9 years before Congress passed such a resolution in Lahore (Poorna Swaraj resolution was passed by Congress in Lahore, and Pakistan resolution was passed by Muslim League in Allahabad:Smile
