.......When the govt. announced demonetization, crooks like Jagan was scrambling to convert their black money into new notes. They quickly found the cronies and the ways to convert all their bad notes. Now that the money is in banks, they are earning interest on the deposits. Jagan is temporarily giggling until his disproportionate assets case will come and kick him on the ass.......

Rajan is not entirely correct. If Jagan's money is in the banks, the govt. does get revenue from tax payments (which it was not receiving in the past on the black money).......
