So it turns out the driver who rearended my car earlier this month doesnt have insurance!!!
Allstate is sending me a check of $2890 towards medical bills, loss of work and any other inconvenience caused due to the accident <:-p Also, they will reimburse my $500 deductible.

YAY! bounce

LOL i imagined thanking all those who helped, esp uppili... my bad!

looks like my memory is affected and i shud get that checked and bill the other driver for it Smile)
