15-th finance commission will use 2011 census to allocate funds to states. So
many non-Hindi states which did a good job in population contol wil lose lot of money.
Andhra will lose more than Rs. 24,000 crore per year. Tamil Nadu lose a little over RS. 22,000 crore and Kerala & West Bengal will lose Rs. 20,000 crore per year.

High time the colonized people Tamils, Telugus, Kannadigas etc.. come out of this Hindi colonial setup. 

First step is to attack colonization of mind. All this talk of (H)indian nationalism, patriotism etc. is a load of BS. It is a means to colonize your mind and take away your resources and distribute it somewhere else.
