A life saving video (English & Hindi) on CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) immediately after cardiac arrest (heart attack)
A couple of days ago (Jan. 2, 2023), a young healthy Buffalo Bills football team player suffered cardiac arrest (heart attack) and suddenly collapsed on the field during a NFL game against the Cincinnati Bengals football team.
The first aid personnel rushed to the field and quickly administered CPR to the victim, restoring his vital functions before transporting him to the hospital where he still remains in critical condition. Thankfully, he is alive as a result of CPR given to him initially after the cardiac arrest (heart attack).
CPR is an extremely important tool (first aid technique) during heart emergencies. It gives much needed valuable extra minutes to the victim (heart attack patient) before the trained medical personnel (a doctor or a nurse) can come and attend to the patient fully with all the medical tools (medicines and equipment etc.).
Incidentally, the use of CPR is not limited by the medical and health professionals (doctors, nurses and first aid specialists); CPR is easy to learn and can be given by anyone including an ordinary lay person (any man or woman, even without a medical first aid training course).
The following Youtube video (courtesy Kailash Hospital) teaches CPR quickly and systematically and it can enable any person to come to the aid of a heart attack (cardiac arrest) victim initially thus enhancing his / her chances of survival.

Besides the player (#3) encountering unfortunately a life-threatening situation (cardiac arrest) on the playing field, it was a very scary and traumatic experience for everyone present in the stadium as well as others watching the game on TV to see him go down and pass out suddenly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1Z9Vd53yhI&t=11s

Young Indians more vulnerable to heart attacks post COVID, top cardiologist explains TOI: Jan. 8, 2023):
The experts say that this winter, young Indians more vulnerable to heart attacks post COVID. The coronavirus may infect and damage the heart’s muscle tissue directly, as is possible with other viral infections, including some strains of the flu. The heart may also become damaged and inflamed indirectly by the body’s own immune system response. Surprisingly, in the midst of severe winter and ongoing cold waves, 98 people have died in a week in UP’s Kanpur due to heart and brain attack. These statistics have been given by the LPS Institute of Cardiology.
