was the format of time stamp ..instead of a time it said when someone posted ( 2 min ago or 5 min ago)..

This forum may not be able to do that, but isn't there is a post number that shows up on the right. That can tell us which post came before and which one after. Of course, it can't tell how long before, and how long after.
