@Swamy39 Pakistan Debate - see at 20:00, how the pakistani admits they were hindus and were converted by invaders https://youtu.be/nG8FHh2qcrQ

===> Can you please watch the video from 20:00 and let me know what the lady says?

It looks like she says that the Muslims in the subcontinent were Buddhists and Hindus converted by invaders.

Zaid Hamid ,one of the participants in the debate (the guy with the cap), had earlier in the program said that if Pak would have followed Islamic law (sharia etc.) to the letter than many problems of Pak would have been solved by now. The woman is saying that if we live in a fantasy world then it amounts to daydreaming. There are problems related to human rights violations for instance if a hindu opens a shop someone comes along and burns it down and no action follows so what law do you wish to introduce?. the facts and reality on the ground are such that differences like difference in religion are not being tolerated. when you do inflammatory things during their festivals, when you call them 'traitors', then why should such an attitude be glossed over. We have to deal with the realities, we have to admit our weaknesses/faults and that would lead to better results. She says that people here were hindus and budhists until invaders came and we adopted their religion. She says she associates herself with the Earth/land (dharti) first rather than with a particular religion. She says if the world considers us to be terrorists than they are not wrong since Osama was here with us for five years. She says it is better to live on the ground with the ground realities than to keep living in the clouds in a fantasy world.

Good to see some lively debate taking place in Pak. How did you manage to unearth this video? I'll watch the entire video later.

===> It was Dr. Subramanian Swamy (may be his associates) who unearthed this video.
