Extremely sad, but not shocking that most abusers were known or family members. What's shocking is that there is NO LAW against child sexual abuse in India! Yes, I repeat, there is NO LAW against child sex abuse in India. Shocked? Please pay attention to the case of an orphanage run by two British men in Mumbai.
