For # 5 I said Fred Perry. Jaroslav Drobny could be an answer too, being a Czekoslovakian turned British. Perry won in the 1930s but Drobny won in 1954. Perry was born-British, and Drobny was naturalized British.

Okay got it. It must be Hiranyaaksha (Varaaha-avataara), Hiranyakasipu (Narasimha-avatara), and Bali (Vaamana-avatara). Hiranaaksha and Hiranyakasipu are brothers, and Bali is Hiranyakasipu's great-grand-son (Hiranyakasipu --> Prahlaada --> Virochana --> Bali).

When I initially answered Sanaka and Sanandana brothers I was thinking of them cursing Jaya & Vijaya to be out of Vaikuntha and to be born in again and gain in forms that suffer a lot and die, and Vishnu granting their wish to be born as his enemies three times so they can come back quicker (the other option was to be born as his friends 7 times).

You are right about the story! The math is
Jaya vijaya were born as - Hiranya kashipu, hiranyaksha which resulted 2 avataras narasimha & varaha resply.
Next birth was Ravana & kumbhakarna- killed by rama.
Next Sishupala & danta vakra- killed by Krishna

So 4 avataraas.
