...perhaps for the first time...

500 hindu pilgrims to manasrover and 500 pilgrims to Jerusalem will get subsidy.

It was a vote getting subsidy when given to hazi pilgrims. What changes when a similar subsidy is given to hindus?
Except for some resource rich forward caste hindus who will think of going to manas ..

The pilgrimage to manas .. is a great experience. Very challenging. But do it with your own money.
