If you, your relatives, or your friends have young kids, you would have been exposed to at least some of the shows mentioned in the questions.

Indojee, these shows were from early 70s and 80s. how is it that us having young kids would help in answering these.

Yeah, but some of these shows are so popular and wholesome (Brady Bunch, Happy Days, Flintstones cartoon show, etc.), even today their reruns are aired, and many families watch them with their kids.
In any event answers for the unanswered questions are:
4. What was Agent Maxwell Smart’s code number in Get Smart? What was his girlfriend’s code number? Who were they always fighting? ------- His was 86, GF's was 99. enemy was KAOS
8. Who danced “Swine Lake” with Miss Piggy on the Muppet Show? ------ Rudolf Nureyev
9. What was the name of the lawyer on Flintstones, who never lost a case? ------------ Perry Masonry
10. Which TV sex symbol appeared on Dating Game and was not chosen? -------------- Tom Selleck
11. What well-known TV and movie beauty could not go to her high school prom because she was not asked? -------------– Brooke Shields.
