.....The Center should listen to his demands...

If this idea is universalized - now that India is much better off financially and economically - many of the separatist problems will likely diminish in JK, Manipur, Mizo, etc...

What is this special status any way? Is it anything like reservations? If so you should be opposing it, not advocating it!

Think he wants complete fiscal responsibility, including income from all the coal mines and equal share from Center. Says he is not getting any funds from the center and all the development has been with whatever Bihar can muster on own.
