Except the Owaisis are Muslim. Plain and simple. This is like accusing those that are not guilty to maintain some false sense of equilibrium.

Hate-mongers, not hate-mongerers. In this context it is better to use 'will' rather than 'must'. The reason is that 'must' conveys the impression of immediate action, while 'will' conveys the impression of either immediate or delayed action. We know that Togadia, Raj Thackeray and others still walk free and hence any action taken against them, despite their hate speeches, will be considered a delayed action.
