of sitting right next to the break-room

- easy access to fridge, coffee, printer etc. [pro]

- can smell everything people heat up in MW [pro - when you like what's being heated otherwise a punishment]

- having to listen all the small talk that people make even when you want to focus on something important. [con]
pls note - never heard no interesting gossip - ever. or i could have added that as another con. not a typo. it's a con.
