Something is NOT right about UPA's intent. It has lined up 64 bills for just 12 days. Which is too many for such a short period.

I have a feeling it will schedule Telengana for the last, and push food security first. Will create a scene/ make a statement that will rile the Opposition/NDA. There will be an uproar in Rajya Sabha in one of the earlier bills. Then it will claim that it is because of Opposition that Telengana was not passed.

If that did not succeed, it will suddenly bring up Rayala Telengana forcing BJP to vote against it.
