I report to an persian guy. he's got a PhD in EE from one of the top schools in NE and while his oral communication skills can sometimes be lacking, he makes himself generally clear. looks like dem eye ranians also have trouble with articles:

so they're respinning the IP3 load. the one we received on 20th is no longer valid and the earliest 3G can exit now is apr5th. I'll talk to claire and seek conditional exit again for 4G on 03/29, knowing 3G will not be ready by then.
