-> In a nut shell, your premiums will go up at the same rate as they have been in the recent past but will have better coverage, hopefully adios to "preexisting conditions" nonsense, which is a big plus IMO. What does she mean by "ACA will actually lower insurance costs for uninsured Californians"?

adios to "preexisting conditions" nonsense

While they wont deny coverage to people with preexisting conditions, wont they charge an arm and a leg for the coverage? ex: low risk person - $200 per month vs high risk, preexisting conditions person $1500 per month.

Insurance cannot even UTTER the word "Pre-existing" on any account - that is the spirit of the law.

But, leave it to the IVY crooks - they will find a way to rip the people off.
