RP Singh and Irfan Pathan were gobbled by flashy lifestyle and bollywood. Munaf didn't have it in him and was much like Nehra. Only Balaji was promising but was too brittle and couldn't cope with injuries. Who's v.r.v singh?

one wonders how much more ZK may have achieved if only he had maintained a higher fitness level. regardless of what the numbers say, i rank ZK above kapil dev (bowling only) and javagal srinath.

Zaheer Khan has no pace. His swingers are now not as good as that of Bhuvaneshwar, Praveen or even Vinay. Only fact is he is a left arm seamer - but, that alone is not going to help him at 33.

That group of medium pagers are gone. But luckily they can make a decent living playing ipl. Some of them could extend careers by turning to coaching. Zk could be a good coach. He was able to exploit his limited abilities to maxium results.

vrv singh does not even find a regular place in punjab's IPL 11. irfan pathan was selected for c'ship trophy but warmed the benches and now he is not on the selectors' radar. rightly so. he was average even in the IPL - a criterion for national selection these days. balaji is fragile and out of favor with the selectors.
