lol. i am stopping the evening snack of two pieces of rui fried in mustard oil from tomorrow. back to 2 glasses of buttermilk.

Dude, fish in any water body in India would be brimming with toxins. One eats it for love of the flavor (and for the protein) despite knowing it's going to cause cancer. And even if you stop eating fish, your veggies and fruits come soaked in a cocktail of carcinogens, hormones and what not. The air is even worse. Living in a third world dump, it's best to acknowledge that cancer is a given. Best to enjoy those few years left to the utmost, before you keep that tryst with destiny.
