Rahul Baba says Poverty is a state of Mind. Perhaps UPA/Congress might decide to take their Vice President/Campaign Chief's advice and drop the food security bill. Anyway with its intent of covering 60% of the population, its longevity is not guaranteed, forcing future governments in debt.

hahah, if rahul baba said that, then it ought to be right.
Anyway here's more on our beloved prince's abilities.

--> Amethi has 39.5% literacy level (national average around 75%).
--> Around 50% population of Amethi is below poverty line.
--> Only 15% population has access to electricity.
--> Vaccination level is below 16%.
--> Around 16% of children die below age of 5 years

Very true Avivek. Only the poor are qualified to talk about poverty. We should elect leaders based on how poor they are, so the various developmental policies are grounded in their personal realities.
