Nostalgia - Seeta-Rama Kalyaanam
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0wlMyvvyCr8
Vasanta Navaratri starts today culminating on the Srirama Navami day with Seeta Kalyaanam. The video is a short harikatha of Seeta-rama Kalyaanam.
It looks like all the actors in the video except Krishnakumari (Relangi, Suryakantam, Padmanabham, ANR,....) have passed away. Just listen to the opening humorous statement of Relangi and Janaka's description of his daughter. The sweetness and majesty of that kind of Telugu is absent in present day movies where street language rules.

I could believe the lyrics were penned by Sri Sri, the revolutionary poet.

Don't forget Ghantasala!
Telugu is inherently a sweet language and its glory, nurtured since the time of Satavahanas, Ikshvakus, Kakatiyas, Tanjavur Nayakas, Rajamahendravarma, Krishnadevaraya, etc., will be revived now that there is no need to talk in Turaka to AutoWallahs in Hyderabad.
Thanks for posting this video.

The lyrics are here. There are some minor spelling mistakes as pointed out in the comments.
