I don't care about cricket but as a Tamil Thank god Sri Lanka won the cricket sports final.

Last time when India won over Lanka, the next day Sri Lankan Navy beat up Tamil Nadu fishermen in the sea.

This year on the sports final day, TN fishermen did not go to sea expecting a repeat. They went to sea only after hearing Sri lankan win over india.

You mean to say that the Sri Lankan navy comes over to the indian territorial waters and beat up the tamil fishermen?

kinnera, I do not know what your nationality is.

Do you think Indian gov gives a damn about Tamil lives?

Outside of Tamil Nadsu, did it not arm and train Sri Lanka to massacre Tamils?

Did it not use deadly force to kill anti-Hindi demonstrators in 1965? It could have bisbursed demonstrators using water cannon or rubber bullets.

Did it not refuse to send army to protect Tamils when hooligtans in Karnataka went on a murder rampage against Tamils and state police did not act in 1990?

I don't know much about the other things, but yeah, Rajiv Gandhi played dirty politics with sri lankan tamils and paid dearly for it. His mom did the same with sikhs and was meted with the same fate.
